How to cure the blister near my anus?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have got a blister near my anus, and I am attaching the picture also. Please let me know how can I cure it.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

How many days are you having this? Do you have bleeding or heavy pain while passing stool? Are you having constipation?

It looks like a fissure in ano and piles (attachment removed to protect patient identity). Try this medication for 15 days and review.

1.Tablet Pilex 1 thrice a day.

2.Tablet Dulcolax one or two at bedtime if you have constipation.

3.Proctosedyl ointment for external use.

4.Lidocaine ointment if you have pain.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

1. No, there is no pain while passing stools.

2. I think it is outside only.

3. I do not know and do not think, so it is piles.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Need not worry. Your picture shows there is fissure with a small blister that is the starting of piles. This will go soon, use medicine prescribed above.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

I have noticed one more thing that if I open my anus, I can see something coming out. I am attaching the picture. Is it a rectal prolapse?

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

As told you before, that is also piles mass (attachment removed to protect patient identity). If you push, it will go inside. The only thing we have to differentiate this mass from the polyp. You finish the treatments as I mentioned before correctly and you can remove the polyp easily after wards.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

Is it piles or rectum prolapse? What is the difference?

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

In the anal canal, there are blood vessels. Because of information on blood vessels, it will enlarge and bulge and come down this is called piles or hemorrhoids. Prolapse rectum means the whole rectum may come down in anus and out. This is due to inflammation or muscle weakness. For you, it is piles, so there is no problem.
