Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 30 years old and unmarried. I have been having fluctuations in my BP for the past two months. Some sample readings for the past few days are listed. At 3 PM - 121/85 mm of Hg. At 5 PM - 131/74 mm of Hg. At 10 AM - 131/82 mm of Hg. At 10 PM - 120/70 mm of Hg. I get anxious when I check my blood pressure. Do I have hypertension?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I carefully read your recent BP (blood pressure) values, and I am glad to confirm that you do not have hypertension. Those fluctuations are quite normal and may happen in every normal individual. They are considered normal physiological responses. I would like to explain that the only measure you need to take is a healthy lifestyle and diet. Avoid smoking.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
