Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I had bilateral breast ultrasound two weeks back. The report was normal. After a week, I noticed a small gray lesion or patch on my right breast. It was not present earlier. I visited a breast surgeon regarding the same concern. The doctor said that it seemed like dermatitis and suggested consulting a dermatologist. I have been using Flutivate for two days, and there is only a slight improvement. There is no itching or any skin thickening associated with the lesion.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have checked your reports (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity). It is eczematous dermatosis. You need to take these medications and follow the below-mentioned instructions. Apply Motium cream (Mometasone cream) at night for ten days. Use Venusia Max cream two to three times daily for ten days. Take Tablet Levocetirizine 5 mg at night after food for seven days if itching. Take Capsule Antoxid HC (Antioxidants) once daily after breakfast for thirty days. Use Azac (Azelaic acid) soap for the bath for one month. Avoid scratching and rubbing of lesions. Avoid occlusion or friction. Wear loose, comfortable thin cotton clothes. Keep sugar levels under control. I hope this helps. Kind regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
