Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have brown and white spots on my foreskin. I do not have any itching. I do not have any other discharge. I can see white spots which go away when washing. Yes, it is there for more than one minute. If I do with the full part, it is taking too much time, but with the head part, it is faster than others. Average two times a week. The first one is related to the habit. Generally, I do with the head part only with skin closed. It is giving pleasure and can finish. But last time my wife did it for me, and it is with the full part. So even it takes time and difficult to finish, and after that, I did with head part and skin closed, and it is fine. So is this fine?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

I would like you to share images of the brown spots and the white that you see in the skin. How much do you masturbate in a week? I would like to know if you have any itching on the spots or genitals? Also, do you have any abnormal discharge from the urethra other than the times when you masturbate? You also need to know that in medical definition, finishing too fast is when you finish in less than a minute. If it lasts more than a minute, it is absolutely normal. In case you have any chronic illnesses like diabetes, kindly let me know. Also, please share the above information so that I can help you with the medication? Since you do not have itching or discharge, you do not have any infection, and you do not need to take any medications. So there is no need to worry. The problems you sometimes face are due to stress or anxiety and fear of performance. Just remember that you do not have to compare yourself with professionals. Keep aside any anxiety, and you will not face any problems with the act. There is nothing serious at the moment. The brown spots are not infectious and are normal skin eruptions that may occur on any body part. For now, I would advise you to maintain good perineal hygiene. Keep your genitals dry and clean. Keep observing if you have any increase in these spots or if they are occurring because of condom usage. Also, keeping the genitals dry is very important as moisture can lead to skin problems. To be sure, you can get your blood sugar levels checked. If they are in the normal range, you do not have anything more to do.

I hope this helps.
