Tinea barbae is a dermatophytic fungal infection affecting the skin present with coarse hairs such as beard and mustache. Please mention some details about the profession and mention whether you had any recent contact with animals or pets. You can do a micro-examination of a skin scraping. I suggest you consult a general practitioner soon. You can take oral antifungals to treat it.
