Hello doctor,

I am 30 years old. A few weeks back, I encountered a sex worker whose HIV status was unknown. We cuddled, and I squeezed her nipples. I kissed her shoulder, and finally, she gave me a handjob. The hand job was around 10 seconds, and in between that, I rubbed her pubic area, but she was wearing a dress. I am worried about HIV. Because on the 2nd day, I had one canker sore and a nose infection. I had a doctor friend who said it was sinusitis, and he gave me tablets that worked well. However, I have sores on the tip of my tongue. It is making me worried. Is it related to HIV?

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

From the attached images (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity), they are simply ulcers. I suggest you the following. (Consult your specialist doctor, talk with them, and take medications with their consent)

1. Locally apply Zytee lotion (Choline Salicylate and Benzalkonium Chloride) with earbuds before the meal and stay about 15 minutes. Then take a meal and rinse your mouth.

2. Apply Candid lotion (Clotrimazole) with earbuds and wait for 15 to 20 minutes. Not to rinse mouth.

3. Take tablet Folic Acid tablet 5 mg twice a day after food for ten days.

4. Capsule Becosule Z (B complex with Vitamin C) one at night for ten days.

5. Zerodol SP (Aceclofenac, Serratiopeptidase, and Paracetamol) thrice a day after food for three to five days for pain.

Thank you.
