Hello doctor,
I am experiencing tightness in the chest that comes and goes daily. It does not even last a minute. It goes away in a few seconds, almost instantly. I experience it mostly at night time. The feeling became less frequent when I used to go to the gym. I do not have any specific allergies, although not eating milk products does provide digestive relief. Would being overweight have a role in this? Also, should I take a blood test for cholesterol? Want to rule out any serious issues.
Thank you.
