Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My mother is suffering from constipation and not cleaning motion. My mother is 70 years old. Please suggest any tablet.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Usually, a glycerin suppository is enough if it is uncomplicated constipation. You can give it a try. However, if your mother suffers from frequent constipation or a recent change in bowel habits, other than just treating it, you must get her thoroughly evaluated. But if it is infrequent constipation, a glycerin suppository should do. Eating dietary fibers and plenty of fluid (unless kidney conditions are present, in which case, do not take excess fluid) will help. I hope this helps. Thank you and take care. Regards.
