I am 21 years old. I have been wearing glasses for the past four years. Is it a good time to shift to contact lenses? Also, how can I maintain my eye health? Kindly help.

Yes, you can use contact lenses for your eye power. You have to take proper care and maintain its hygiene. Always remove your lenses before sleeping, and store them properly in their container with the proper lens solution.
