Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

For years now, I have been struggling with my health. Doctors have not been able to diagnose me with anything. But the truth of the matter is that I am getting worse by the year. This last year has been the scariest because besides feeling extremely sick, I am starting to notice people around me feeling the same way. Have I become contagious? My symptoms have become incapacitating. It is hard to wake up in the morning and go to work. There are days that I am completely bedridden. Now that I have started seeing people getting the same symptoms, I am extremely concerned. For some of these people, all we shared was a handshake. I had kind of given up on my personal health since it has been so many years. Now I am depressed that other people could be getting sick because of me. Currently, I am only taking Moringa pills. I was taking vitamins and Quercetin earlier this year. In the previous years, I had doctors prescribe me antibiotics several times. I have done blood count and some urology tests in the last two months, and nothing was found there. I have had a rapid HIV test which came back negative. Most of my vitals seem normal, with a little high blood pressure at my last visit.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I studied your problem carefully. Follow my advice, and you will be fine.

1. Stop all medications and supplements.

2. Eat a balanced diet.

3. Eat more boiled vegetables and fruits.

4. Increase physical activities. Do yoga regularly.

5. Drink 6 cups of water daily.

6. Try to be helpful to others.

Review after one month.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
