Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
My sister is 31 years old and is a homemaker. She has a fever for the past three days, intermittently for every five to six hours. Today we gave her blood samples for test. We have attached the test results. Kindly provide some medicine for the same. Currently she is taking tablet Dolo 650 mg.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I went through your query for your sister. Can you send me some more details about her present symptoms?
Continue Tablet Dolo 650 mg (Paracetamol) and get her RT-PCR (reverse trancription-polymerase chain reaction) for COVID-19 done. Kindly get back with the above details for further discussion and management.
Take care.
Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
Thank you for the reply. Her fever is a low grade with 970F. Oxygen level is between 95 to 97 %. She is not having any other symptoms like cough, body ache, tiredness, loss of smell and taste, loose motions, breathing difficulty, sore throat, etc. Can you please help me with this?
Hello,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
In the current situation of the pandemic, despite not having any other symptoms except fever., if she gets any further episode of fever, it is better to get her RT-PCR for COVID-19 done to rule out COVID-19. Till then, start with capsule Becosules Z (Multivitamin) and tablet Limcee 500 mg (Vitamin C) supplements once a day for 10 days. If she gets back fever or any other symptoms, get her tested and contact me with the reports.
Take care
