Hi doctor,
I have been facing two issues for months and the third for years. My first problem is I get itchy in my anus region only at night due to sweat. I try to keep it dry to avoid itching. Please suggest a possible cure. My second issue is I get a flaky type of dandruff on my scalp, which is itchy and has increased my hair fall. I have been trying to use Nizoral shampoo (Ketoconazole) twice weekly for the past two months, but no difference. I do not use oil or any other application on my head. Please suggest a better option to get rid of this. My third issue is lumps (liposits) in my body, especially my back and legs. I have several large ones on my hands, which is not attractive. I have been taking medications for the lumps. If there is any remedy to avoid any more lumps or get rid of them, please suggest them.

Apply Anovate cream (Phenylephrine, Beclometasone, and Lidocaine) around the anus.
For the second issue, use Ketoconazole shampoo.
