If you have erection issues, you need to get your hormone levels checked and also go for a physical examination by a urologist. I suggest taking Duralast 30 mg two hours before intercourse only. Duralast will prolong the ejaculation. At 20 years, I will not suggest taking tablets for erection, like Viagra without an evaluation as most of the drugs can be habit forming.
