I am having erectile dysfunction from almost one year. My erection and performance is not more than two minutes, please help.

Erectile dysfunction (ED) can be due to-

• Stress due to work or family-related, night duties – Plan for regular exercise and yoga.

• Depression.

• Varicocele.

• Fear of failure - Having one episode of ED once may make you feel you will end up with ED.

• Low self-esteem (chronic masturbation).

• Homosexuality.

• Religious constraints.

• Smoking and alcohol.

• Long-term illness like cardiac disease, thyroid disease, kidney disease, any other disease with long-term medication.

• Negative attitude towards your partner.

• Hormonal issue – Thyroid issue, low testosterone.

• Long-term drug usage.

• Diabetes and hypertension.

For further guidance, I will need to check your doppler penis, USG (ultrasound) pelvis and scrotum, blood pressure, RBS (random blood sugar), thyroid levels, testosterone, TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone). For temporary relief you can use the tablet Mildfil 5 mg twice a day and tablet Duralast 30 mg, 30 minutes before sex for 30 days.

I do not have diabetes or blood pressure till date and I will go with the medicines suggested.
