Thanks for sharing the picture (attachment removed to protect patient identity). It looks like post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. I cannot appreciate any erythema, just a bit dry and hypopigmented. Use the following medications for two weeks.

1. Use cream Mometasone apply once in the morning.

2. Use cream Kojic acid once at night.

3. Use sun protection and regular sunscreens.
