Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I had sex with my fiancee 10 days ago. I used a condom and checked the leakage or damage after ejaculation. There was no damage involved. But, she is having yellow vaginal discharge and is three days late on her period. What may be the reason? Could it be pregnancy?

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have gone through your history and understand your concern. Pregnancy may be a chance. So, just take a pregnancy test with home urinary pregnancy kit available in the market. You can do with any urine sample or with early morning sample. Do a test as early as possible and get back with test results for further discussion. Take care.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

It shows negative.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

It is good. Now tell her to just wait for her period and relax because stress also causes menstrual delay. She may wait for 7 to 10 days. If in doubt take a repeat pregnancy test after one week, if no periods till then.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
