Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I think my mother is suffering from a delusion of infidelity disease but she is not ready to accept it. She also gets very angry and out of control out of control. She can do anything in anger and thinks that she has no problems and is not ready to do the treatment. She has no problems but she is not ready to do the treatment. She also has doubt on my dad without any reason and keeps imagining something bad and thinks she is right. So is it possible to treat her without telling her?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

I think that she does not have only delusions of infidelity but she may have psychosis with many others delusions or hallucinations. You can give her medication covertly but she has to consult the nearest psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation. Some medications are available in forms that can easily mix into food. Medicines are available in tasteless and odorless forms so they get easily mixed into food but you have to take your mother to the nearest psychiatrist at any cost for diagnosis of her illness.

I hope that you get your answer.

Please let me know if you want some help.

Thank you.
