Hello doctor,
I have been nauseous for a week and my body aches really bad and I have been having diarrhea along with some throwing up. I am 20 years old, height is 5 feet 9 inches and weight is 200 lbs.

I have read through your question and would like to tell you that you are most likely suffering from stomach flu. Have you eaten anything which may have been contaminated like frozen food? Are you running a fever?
If you are only passing watery stools with no foul smell then it is a viral infection and needs symptomatic treatment. You can start taking capsule Bifilac (Lactobacillus) twice daily. Keep yourself hydrated and take tablet Pantop DSR (Domperidone and Pantoprazole) to relieve the vomiting. If you are not able to keep the medicine down then you will have to get admitted and get IV (intravenous) therapy.
