I have been experiencing unusual sensations in my head, accompanied by the following symptoms:

I find relief by raising my eyebrows.
I occasionally have migraine-like vision.

These symptoms started after I had severe dry eyes last year.
I have also encountered what I believe to be migraines and occasional ringing in my ears, although I am unsure if the ringing began before or after the dry eyes.
Sometimes upon waking, I experience a sensation akin to spinning, where my eyes struggle to focus, and I must squeeze them to align my vision, possibly indicative of migraine or vertigo.
