Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am an 18-year-old female, and I engage in sexual activities. Ever since I have masturbated or had sex, I am usually very dry, even if I am aroused. Also, even after I have vaginal discharge, I am not that wet. I had a yeast infection last year and recently had bacterial vaginosis, it was treated, but signs showed up again, and thus I was treated similarly. Even now, my vaginal discharge is colorless, significantly less in quantity, and I stay dry. How can I enhance my condition as it affects my pleasure time? I do not squirt during sex, but I always pee afterward. Why do I enjoy the intimacy and yet am I just all dry? I have also seen that if I shave, I stay drier, but if my part is covered with hair, it lubricates significantly less. Please help me.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

It seems to be due to some infection or deficiency of vitamins and minerals. Clean the vagina with vaginal wash regularly. Use some lubrication like vaseline during intercourse always. I suggest you take a capsule of Itraconazole 200 mg once per day, a capsule of Doxycycline once twice a day on the first day, and a tablet of Revital women per day for six weeks. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with them, and take medications with their consent.

I hope this information will help you.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
