Hi doctor,

Two years ago, my face was bright. But now it is slowly becoming dull. Please help me.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Avoid direct sunlight exposure as much as you can. Wear sun glass, and caps and cover the exposed parts of the body all the time. Use good sunscreen thrice a day all over the face. The sunscreen should have an SPF (sun protection factor) of around 50. Use anti-pigmentation cream like Kojic acid, Hydroquinone, Depiwhite cream, etc. over the pigmented part. If tanning is deep, the ideal treatment is glycolic acid peels. Sittings of six to eight peels might be required. Never stop sunscreen even if tanning goes off.

I hope this information will help you. Please revert in case of more queries.

Thank you.
