Hello, Fluid like discharge from the ear can be due to 1. otitis externa due to a infection the External auditory canal 2. Otitis media ( infection of middle ear ) with a perforated ear drum. I would like to ask a few more questions to help me treat you better: 1. is the ear discharge blood stained? 2. is the ear discharge foul smelling? 3. is there any previous episode of ear discharge? 4. is there ear pain? 5. is there hearing loss? However as of now, start 1. Tablet Augmentin 625 mg 2 times a day for 5 days 2. Tablet Pantoprazole 40 mg once a day before breakfast for 5 days 3. Ciprofloxacin ear drops 3 drops 3 times a day for 5 days 4. Candid ear drops 3 drops 3 times a day for 5 days Kindly follow back with the reply to the questions... Hope this helps
