Tylenol, alias Acetaminophen is an analgesic and antipyretic drug. Headaches, muscle aches, menstrual cramps, fever, toothache, etc., can be reduced with this drug. They work by reducing the production of prostaglandins. Nausea, rashes, itching, loss of appetite, etc., are the side effects.
