Earbuds are small devices used at low volumes inside ears. These are a pair of tiny speakers that are worn inside the ears. Hearing loud sounds close to the eardrum through earbuds can cause permanent hearing loss. Earbuds need to be used with caution as it sends sounds directly to the ear canal.
