Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am in my early fifties, have been diabetic and hypertensive for three years, and have undergone angioplasty. Currently I am taking these medicines Capitab-A/75, Rancad, Tsart-40, Rozavel-F, Carzec, Amaryl M2, Janumet-50/500. Currently I am facing problems with erectile dysfunction for the last month, unable to have an erection and find it difficult to have sexual intercourse. Can I take any medicine to overcome this difficulty? Which medicine will be helpful, and what will be the dose?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. Erectile dysfunction for diabetic and cardiac patients is common. But, you should be careful while taking the medicines. Never use Viagra (sildenafil), which is readily available in the market. It would be best if you control your diabetes first. Let me know your plasma glucose results, particularly FBS (fasting blood sugar) and PPBS (post-prandial blood sugar), and HbA1c (hemoglobin A1c), next time. You can take the Nano Leo (elemantal zinc, gingko biloba extract, L-arginine, macuna, and vitamin D3) tablet two pills at night for two weeks after food, then one tablet after food at night for 90 days. It acts very slowly and has no side effects except gastritis. It is safe for your heart also. Then you can use the tablet Tadalafil 10 mg in the morning and at night once a week.

.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
