Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have erection problem, penetration issue, and low libido. Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Many reasons can cause the problem of weak erection and low libido, so you need to be evaluated and investigated to find the cause. The main reason for these problems is Diabetes mellitus, hypertension, thyroid hormone, or other hormonal issues. If you are currently taking any medicine, then need to check them also as some medications can cause these side effects. So visiting a nearby doctor or psychiatrist will help you to find the underlying medical cause if any and then act accordingly.

If no medical cause is found, then it may be attributed to psychological issues, and then drug like sildenafil or Tadalafil will help you to get a proper erection. To enhance your libido and erection problems take a healthy diet, do regular exercise, and take adequate sleep of six to eight hours daily. Spend enough time during foreplay. Try to follow the Master and Johnson technique, and you can google this and read about this and try to do it. You can go to a psychiatrist to get more insight into this and how to practice it as it can not be explained fully here. I hope this clarifies your concern.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
