I am suffering from erectile dysfunction. The erection is not getting hard enough. I have been experiencing this problem for the last few months. I am not taking any medication.

I can understand your concern about your symptoms,

Your concerns suggest that you may have erectile dysfunction (ED). The causes of erectile dysfunction (ED) include stress from job or family obligations, night jobs, depression, varicocele, fear of failure, low self-esteem, chronic molesting, homosexuality, and restrictions imposed by religion. booze and smoking, Chronic conditions requiring long-term treatment, such as cardiac disease, thyroid disease, renal disease, or any other condition requiring a vitamin shortage, Unfavorable behavior toward your partner low testosterone, elevated prolactin, hormonal imbalance, long-term medication use for high blood pressure and diabetes

I suggest that you take the following tests

  1. Doppler penis.

  2. USG (ultrasonography) Pelvis, and scrotum.

  3. Blood pressure.

  4. RBS (random blood sugar).

  5. Free T3 (triiodothyronine), T4 (thyroxine) and TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone).

  6. Testosterone.

You should also make plans for frequent exercise and a healthy diet. Basic activities like Kegels, squats, yoga, running, or rapid walking for five minutes are on the list of exercises. Eat foods like strawberries, apples, avocados, sweet potatoes, sesame seeds, almonds, garlic, and a little dark chocolate. Additionally, you can take a tablet. Mildfil 5 mg (Tadalafil) twice a day as a short-term fix. Consult your doctor and take the medicines accordingly.

I suggest you take the following medications: tablets. Mindfil 5mg (Tadalafil) once a night after food for 30 days, tablet. Nanoleo (Orlistat) once a night after food for 30 days. Consult your doctor and take the medicines accordingly. Plan for regular exercise as I have shared the list of exercises.
