I feel like I have low testosterone levels, and I do not know the cause. I am concerned as I do not feel any sensation while ejaculation, and the penis is not erecting. Kindly help.

According to your complaints, you may be suffering from erectile dysfunction (ED) which can be caused due to various reasons such as:

  1. Stress due to work or family-related.
  2. Depression.
  3. Fear of failure.
  4. Low self-esteem (chronic masturbation).
  5. Homosexuality (not attracted to the same gender).
  6. Religious constraints.
  7. Smoking and alcohol.
  8. Long-term illness such as cardiac disease, thyroid disease, kidney disease, or any other disease with long-term medication
