This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have chronic fatigue for the last few weeks. I underwent blood tests and have been taking Iron and Vitamin D supplements for a week now. But, I do not see any improvement.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

  • It can be chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS).
  • At present, there is no cure for CFS. The treatment focuses on symptom relief.
  • It affects people in many different ways. So, the treatment is individualized. What works for you may not be helpful for others. It requires a close interaction between the treating doctor and the patients.
  • A psychological counseling, combined with a gentle exercise program will be more beneficial.
  • It is also very important to reduce stress and improve sleep habits.

Hope this information helps. Take care.
