Q. Does getting a red bump on the tongue a day after oral sex indicate an HIV infection?

A month ago, I had oral sex with a stranger, and we humped on each other, and our genitals touched each other. The next day, I got a white dot on my tongue and a red bump on the backside of my tongue. After a few days, I checked for HIV, HBS, and Syphilis, HPV, and all tests were negative. And then I moved on, and now it has been two weeks since I have had a crooked tongue, fatigue, headache, mild fever, and weakness. I also masturbate two to three times a day and have insomnia. I cannot get eight hours of sleep. Is it because of anxiety and stress?

The attached file (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity) shows that the edge of your tongue is ragged, not smooth, meaning you have a Folic acid deficiency. Red bumps are also seen.
HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) symptoms are uncommon on the next day. The window period is three weeks to three months.
I suggest the following:
- Apply Zytee lotion (Choline salicylate and Lidocaine) twice before food with an earbud. Then, wait for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Take light meals.
- After that, rinse your mouth.
- Apply Candid lotion (Clotrimazole) and wait for 15 minutes. Likewise, do it three times daily before breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Tablet AZEE 500 mg (Azithromycin) once per day after food for five days.
- Chymoral forte (Diclofenac) twice a day after food for five days.
For insomnia:
Tablet Queitipine 25 mg, starting with 12.5 mg, means half the tablet. So you can go up to 50 mg but gradually. As the test is non-reactive, there is no sex-linked disorder. Take Folic acid 5 mg daily after food for three weeks. After that, you can go for two months. It has no side effects.

Apply Zytee lotion on the side of the tongue where you have a lesion. You can even apply it on the roof before meals. Wait for 15 to 20 minutes and then have meals. After that, apply Candid mouth lotion all over the lesion so as roof till required. Take the tablet Signoflam three times a day after food for three to five days for pain.
Please check your teeth are sharp due to which side of the tongue cut you have pain. If so, go to the dentist he will check and repair the tooth.

Apply Zytel and Candid lotion, as mentioned earlier. In the anus, you have a wound starting with external piles, which becomes a bleeding wound.
Apply Anovate (Beclomethosone Dipropionate) ointment locally by index finger first on the wound and butthole, then gently push inside the anus. Rotate the finger, so ointment covers the anal mucosa two times a day to be continued for three weeks for complete healing.
Take tablet Signoflam (Paracetamol and Serropeptidase) three times a day after food for five days and Augmentin duo 625 mg three times a day after food for five days. If the stool is hard, take loose 10 ml at night after dinner. So stool becomes soft, continue till required.
