What causes tongue bumps after oral sex?

A month ago, I had oral sex with a stranger, and we humped on each other, and our genitals touched each other. The next day, I got a white dot on my tongue and a red bump on the backside of my tongue. After a few days, I checked for HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus), HBS (Hepatitis B virus), and Syphilis, HPV (Human Papilloma Virus), and all tests were negative. And then I moved on, and now it has been two weeks since I have had a crooked tongue, fatigue, headache, mild fever, and weakness. I also masturbate two to three times a day and have insomnia. I cannot get eight hours of sleep. Is it because of anxiety and stress?
