Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My 25-years-old daughter. I am really worried for her, she is not been well for four days, she had a fever and cough for the past two days and before that she had a nosebleed. We thought it was due to the summer heat, yesterday she was feeling dizzy and today she felt right kidney pain. When she drinks water, she says that she does not feel that tastes well. I am really worried, please help me what is it and what to do? Please help me out I will be really thankful.

Hello,

Welcome toicliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

First of all, I would like to say that please do not worry, she will be alright, these are common symptoms and a person gets these symptoms due to viral infection or flu-like infections so nothing to worry about. She is going to be fine. I would suggest you give:

  1. Tablet Pantoprazole 40 milligrams once a day before breakfast.

  2. Tablet Azithromycin 500 milligrams once a day after a meal.

  3. Tablet Paracetamol 650 milligrams once after a meal (whenever there is a fever).

  4. Tablet vitamin C 500 milligrams twice a day after meal.

Give these medicines for three days. She will be fine. Kindly answer a few questions:

  1. Have you done any blood tests for her?

  2. Does she have any rash on the body?

Revert with the answer to assist further.

Thank you and take care.
