Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have two tiny white spots (like small pimples) on my foreskin and on my glans as well. STI results are clean and clear.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and observed the attached images (the attachment was removed to protect the patient's identity). If they are asymptomatic and exist for a long duration, the possibility of the hypopigmented patch is very high, which is considered normal. In case you have symptoms please answer the following questions

1. Duration of these lesions.

2. Details of any accompanied symptoms?

3. Are they itchy or painful?

4. What preceded their appearance, if any?

I look forward to answering you further. Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Here are my answers: These lesions have been there for the last few weeks with no accompanied symptoms. I do not have itching or pain. Since it was painless I did not notice anything until I had a clear look.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Thanks for the follow-up. With available details, they seem to be just hypopigmented macules and there is nothing to worry about. I hope this helps you further.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
