Hi doctor,
There are red itchy spots on my penis after sexual intercourse with my partner. It appeared after two days, after sex. It keeps arising and subsiding. I am frustrated by this disease. Please help me. The same thing happened four years back. After treatment, it was cured, but it appeared again. I am currently using Clotrimazol cream.

Red itchy spots on genitalia can be anything from candidiasis, tinea, herpes, irritant contact dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis, scabies, Fordyce spots, pearly penile papules, sebaceous cyst, angiokeratoma, the list goes on and on. Please attach your clinical picture along with your query so that it is convenient for me to comment on your condition and prescribe appropriate medications. However, I suggest you take Teczine 5 mg (Levocetirizine) tablet at night for itching. Do not scratch. Wash your genitals thoroughly with a mild soap. Retract the foreskin and clean thoroughly.
