What are the red shiny non-itchy patch on glans penis?

Hello doctor,
I have a red shiny patch on penis glans. For one week I had three red, shiny spots on my penis glans. Now wrinkles were appearing. Initially, they were few spots but now one left. They are not itching or hurting. I applied the Itch Guard on it for week. I want it to be cured completely. Please kindly advise.

Thank you for the reply.
More than one year back I was involved in sexual intercourse with protection only (used condom) and that woman tried to touch my penis directly to her vagina after a gentle touch I pulled back immediately and used the condom. It happened more than one year back. This was the first time my penis glans (inner part) was infected.

History of protected sexual contact a year back is not very significant for this skin problem. A single red spot on glans looks very non-specific as per the history with no symptoms. Considering the short duration, it is worth using plain antifungal cream, Itch Guard has antifungal with a steroid. Apply Ketoconazole 2 % cream twice a day for two weeks, after washing the area with lukewarm water and a mild soap. As I have mentioned genital psoriasis is a possibility to consider if the spot does not respond to antifungal treatment.
