Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Get a routine urine culture and microscopy done to arrive at a definitive diagnosis. It is balanitis due to a possible fungal infection or chronic friction. Apply one percent Hydrocortisone cream at night for 10 days to reduce redness or irritation. Apply Clotrimazole cream in the daytime and evening for 14 days. Wash the area. Take 3 ml of syrup Cital (Disodium hydrogen citrate) twice daily for seven days and take Cefixime 200 mg twice daily after food for five days. Please do not scratch or rub the lesions. Avoid rough handling. Avoid masturbation, as it may trigger it. Avoid injury to the area. Avoid friction. Wear loose, comfortable, thin cotton inners. Maintaining proper genital hygiene plays a significant role in avoiding recurrence. Keep the site clean and dry, as moisture favors fungal growth. Keep checking on sugar levels. Dry place entirely after urination. Avoid fragrance-containing lotions, soaps, or lubricants. Avoid known triggers. Consult a specialist, and take medicines with their consent.

I hope this information will help you.

Thanks.
