Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I have had a fever, persistent cough, headache, body pain, and runny nose for the past few days. Even after taking medications, I am not getting any relief. Do my symptoms indicate an H3N2 infection? If so, how to manage this condition?
Please help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I went through your query and understood your concern.
It may be an H3N2 viral infection. So, I suggest you follow the instructions mentioned below.
1. Take lukewarm water thrice daily.
2. Take steam inhalation thrice daily.
3. Do gargle with salt or turmeric powder in water twice a day.
4. Take a tablet of Pantoprazole (antacid) on an empty stomach for five days.
5. Take a tablet of Paracetamol (painkiller) twice daily for five days.
6. Take a tablet of Allegra (Fexofenadine) once daily for five to seven days.
7. Take a tablet of Zathrin (Azithromycin) 500 milligrams once daily after food for five days.
8. Take a good cough syrup thrice daily for five days.
Kindly consult a specialist doctor, talk with them, and take medicines with their consent.
I hope this has helped you.
Thanks and regards.
