Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have had a headache (head heaviness) for the past three days. It is throbbing and sharp, sometimes near the ears, which causes ear pain. Today is the third day, and it has gotten intense.

Thank you.

Hi doctor,

I understand your concern. Please elaborate on your headache, whether on both ears or one side.

Is it continuous or intermittent? Specific time such as morning, evening, or in a particular situation like stress.

What is your blood pressure and sugar level?

Meanwhile, you can take Combiflam 500 milligrams twice daily for three days. You might have a fleeting headache towards the right ear. First, check your right ear canal. If any wax is impacted there, you can use clear wax to remove it. Also, please say if your headache subsides.

I hope it will help you.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for your response.

It is only on the right ear. It is intermittent like the pain is rotated around the head. First, it was on the forehead, and there was a bit of pain in the eyes, and then it went to the top of the head, which was sharp and painful and then went to the back. Blood pressure is around 130/80 mm/Hg, and sugar is 90-95 mg/dL.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

You have a fleeting headache towards the right ear. First, check your right ear canal. If any wax is impacted there, you can use clear wax to remove it. Also, please say if your headache subsides or awakens you from sleep.

Do you wear spectacles or go for an eye checkup?

Have you changed your sleep pattern or lack of sleep or any stress? If all these are negative, then please tell me after three days.

Hope it will help you.

Thank you.
