Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have been suffering from headaches and soreness in my upper neck and back for months. Advil does not help. I had seizures at birth and had brain surgery years ago, and I do not have seizures now. I was involved in a terrible car accident around two years ago. I was hit and suffered from a minor concussion and various wounds. After my accident, I visited a chiropractor thrice weekly for my hand, arm, neck, and back. I could not consult them for a year because I relocated to another location. I came back and saw the same chiropractor, and my pain worsened. My head and neck pain are so bad that no matter how much Advil I take, it still hurts. After consulting my chiropractor, the pain worsened. Should I be concerned? Is this from my concussion or accident? Please help.

Thank you.

8. Have you noticed any trigger factors for this headache?

9. How is your sleep?

I hope this will help you.

Thank you.
