Hi doctor,
I have been suffering from health anxiety. I used to get eight hours of sleep and one hour of walk everyday. I keep my body mass index according to my height and weight. But sometimes, I am not able to follow my schedule properly, that makes me feel so depressed. I always want to see myself as healthy and I am trying hard to maintain it.
Is this good or bad? How to control my health anxiety?
