Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I had a full body massage three months back, and during that, the masseuse rubbed my penis, and I had ejaculation. Later, the semen was cleaned with a towel, and I took a hot water shower. After this incident, I started having a penile erection multiple times daily. After one month, I got tested for HIV, and the result was negative. But later on, I had some pinching sensation on my penis, and I consulted a specialist doctor. The doctor suggested checking my vitamin B12 and vitamin D levels. The reports showed that my vitamin levels were low. After seeing the reports, the doctor told me to do an RNA PCR HIV test, and the results were negative.

The doctor suggested taking vitamin supplements for three months, and I am following the same (supplements course, 40 days left). I have also done an HIV test after 95 days of exposure, which is also negative. However, sometimes I have that pinching sensation on my penis. Kindly help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

I think even a human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) antibody test would also be negative, as the human immunodeficiency virus polymerase chain reaction test (HIV PCR) is negative after 95 days. Thus, there is no possibility of having a human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. I suggest you continue the vitamin supplements and be relaxed. These symptoms may be due to anxiety. Try to get involved in activities of your interest and avoid stress.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you for your response.

HIV RT PCR is done around 40 to 45 days after the exposure, and after 95 days, I did another test. I am attaching the reports for your reference.

I did not put my penis into the vagina of the masseuse, and no sexual activity was done. Sperms were out after rubbing the penis, and after this, she left from there and later on cleaned it. The pinching sensation in my penis comes in between, and sometimes I also have leg pain. I think it may be due to my heavy weight. Occasionally the pinching sensation in my penis will feel like itching, and I will be itching it with my hands. I also rarely have some pinging-like sensation in the palm of my hand, and I feel like something is passing through my hands. Kindly help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I have reviewed your reports (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity). It is a human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) antibody test, and the results are negative. If the test is done after 95 days of exposure, it is conclusive, and there is no chance of having the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. Consult your physician for further examination and management of your symptoms. It is not related to human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hello sir Please see this reports Hello sir hope you can read our above conversation Got tested for HIV , Hep B for 35,65,97 and 270 days all got negative And Hep C for 35, 97 days both got negative

Hi,

If all tests are negative on said dates you need not worry about HIV, Hepatitis B &C. Follow up with your treating doctor for urinary bacteria.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Thanku sir Is Hep C test negative on 97th day is conclusive sir ? Remaining two Hep B and HIV tests are done after 9 months after exposure
Hepatitis C, B , HIV tests conclusive provided there is no further risk exposure .

Patient's Query

Okay sir, Thank you. Sir if you see the urine culture report Klebsiella oxytoca bacteria is present. Why does it occur in urine? Please advice.

Hi,

Welcome back to iCliniq.

It can be due to urinary tract infection due to poor hygiene.

Patient's Query

Okay sir Sir one small doubt Does Hep C causes urine infections

Hi,

Hepatitis can predispose to any bacterial infections like urinary tract infections (UTI) also.

Patient's Query

Doctor,

Okay, so finally, test after 97 days of exposure ( Anti - HCV test ) can be conclusive? No further tests required right ? And it can be cured ? With tablets or injections with the course of 12-15 weeks ? Please suggest.

Hi,

I have already mentioned earlier. You are not HCV positive so do not worry about treatment.

Patient's Query

Okay sir

Thank you.

Ok, thank you. Wish you safe and good health.
