Hello doctor,
Is there any case in our medical history in which HIV was transferred by touching a cut? Because there is one person whose hand touched my face, and there is an old pimple hole and scars on my face. Still, it is so old, and the person had a little cut, but it was not bleeding. I think his hand was not touching properly on my face, but I got anxious when I felt a slight touch when he sat beside me.

I can understand your anxiety. However, given the situation that you have described, it is not considered a risk of exposure; hence, you need not fear any further. For HIV transmission, there needs to be an exchange of body fluids, which is not seen in your scenario. So you can relax.
