What are the chances of contracting HIV and other STD after non-penetrative sex?

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Recently, I visited a massage spa. There a lady gave me a body to body massage where she got naked, came over top of me, and rubbed vagina over my penis. She kissed me and sucked my nipples. She also gave me a hand job. There was no penetration or condom usage. I also sucked on her nipples. We kissed with no tongue involvement and only on the lips with closed mouth. I have no cuts or wounds in my mouth and penis.

Do I have a chance for contracting HIV/AIDS or any other STD? Please clarify.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

If there was no involvement of saliva and vaginal fluid, there is no need to worry about HIV and other sexually transmitted infections. Also, when you sucked on her nipples was there milk secretion? You need to worry about infections if there was milk secretion. If not, it is safe and there is no need to worry.

Hope this answers your question.

Thank you

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for your reply.

There was no milk. What do you mean by vaginal fluid? She did rub her vagina over my penis but, there was no penetration. There was a little saliva involvement during kissing. I apologize for being very descriptive, but I want to ensure that I provide all the details for you to make a better evaluation.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Vaginal fluid needs to be in contact with your penis to give you infection and no issues with kissing the way you did. It is better to be descriptive to make the situation clear.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for your response.

Do you mean that my penis needs to be inside of her to be able to come in contact with the vaginal fluid? If so I did not penetrate. I am very worried and am having sleepless nights because of this. Am I safe?

Kindly clarify.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Yes, the penis needs to be inside to cause infection or there should be excess vaginal fluid leaking from vagina. Given your situation, you are safe and there is no need to worry.

Thank you.
