What causes a pinching sensation in the penis?

I had a full-body massage three months back, and during that, the masseuse rubbed my penis, and I had an ejaculation. Later, the semen was cleaned with a towel, and I took a hot water shower. After this incident, I started having a penile erection multiple times daily.

After one month, I got tested for HIV, and the result was negative. But later on, I had some pinching sensation on my penis, and I consulted a specialist doctor. The doctor suggested checking my vitamin B12 and vitamin D levels. The reports showed that my vitamin levels were low. After seeing the reports, the doctor told me to do an RNA PCR HIV test, and the results were negative.

The doctor suggested taking vitamin supplements for three months, and I am following the same (supplements course, 40 days left). I have also done an HIV test after 95 days of exposure, which is also negative. However, sometimes I have that pinching sensation in my penis.

HIV RT PCR is done around 40 to 45 days after the exposure, and after 95 days, I did another test. I am attaching the reports for your reference.

I did not put my penis into the vagina of the masseuse, and no sexual activity was done. Sperms were out after rubbing the penis, and after this, she left from there and later on cleaned it. The pinching sensation in my penis comes in between, and sometimes I also have leg pain. I think it may be due to my being overweight. Occasionally, the pinching sensation in my penis will feel like itching, and I will itch it with my hands. I also rarely have a pinging-like sensation in the palm of my hand, and I feel like something is passing through my hands. Kindly help.
