Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have been dealing with persistent and bothersome pimples, and it is affecting my confidence and well-being. I am in my late twenties, and I thought I would have outgrown this by now. These pimples seem to be different from the occasional breakouts I used to have. They are more frequent, and some are even leaving marks behind. I have tried various over-the-counter products, but nothing seems to be working. I am worried that it might be something more than just a typical skin issue. Please help and guide me with the right skin routine and regimen to prevent these breakouts.

Thank you.
