Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

My weight is 293 lbs, height is 5.6 feet, male, suffering from obesity problems. Kindly help me in reducing my weight.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Most important thing is to balance your eating and drinking with a good physical activity. Start the day with warm water with lemon juice and one teaspoon of honey. Followed by another glass of warm water. Then, have breakfast, toast with boiled egg, or rice. Have some fruit at 10 AM. Have lunch at 1 PM, vegetable soups with a slice of wholegrain bread, and keep drinking water. Snack time at 4 PM greek yogurt with fruits or nuts, Dinner at 6 PM, soup or rice or spaghetti with meatballs. Keep drinking water throughout the day. Do some jogging after large meals (lunch or before going to bed).

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
