Hi,

I am glad you chose icliniq for your medical-related queries.

I understand your concern and will try to help you with it.

Yes, you have pigmentation problem along with mild acne. I will suggest you to start with topical Clindamycin lotion over the pimple area morning and evening and a topical retinoid at nighttime by mixing it in cold cream. Wash your face with a mild soap. Retinoid at night will improve your skin problems. Apply Acsolve lotion (Clindamycin and Tretinoin) over the lesions twice daily, and apply Arynoin gel plus cold cream (Erythromycin) at night in small quantities on the whole face. Use a moisturizing serum 2 to 3 times a day, and a sunblock with SPF (sun protection factor) 60. Avoid using Dettol (antiseptic lotion) and other irritants.

Thank you for consulting me.

You can always reach me at icliniq.com.
