Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am unmarried, my age is 29, and I have some questions regarding my stamina. Sometimes when I masturbate, I feel very weak and also see a low sperm count. I am very worried about the life ahead.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I can understand your concern.
Masturbation is normal. Ninety-five percent of male does that (out of a hundred male, ninety-five male). It is just another way of having sex without a partner. It is a good practice as it provides the following advantages:
Masturbation will not harm your penis. Having it two to three times a week is not an issue. More than that can cause tiredness, loss of concentration, sense of infertility. The following are suggested ways to reduce masturbation:
For tiredness or a decrease in strength, I suggest you use a capsule of Astymin forte (biotin, calcium pantothenate, and cyanocobalamin) once a morning and a tablet of Shelcal (calcium and vitamin D3) once a night after food for thirty days.
Hope this has addressed your concern.
Thanks and regards.
