Hi doctor,
Due to an accident that happened during sex five days ago, I have slight pain and swelling on the bottom-right side of the penis. Now I have less intense but more frequent erections, especially at night. When the penis goes into erection, the part with the trauma swells more. The upper part is struggling to swell (the penis forms like a cone, and the glans have more difficulty enlarging) penis feels hard at the bottom-center even at rest, specifically when standing up; the glans appear to be more deflated and clearer than usual. The dorsal vein looks moved to the left and deflated but does not hurt, no bruising visible, no problem to urinate at the moment, no testicular problem. In part under the penis, there are greyish and red spots. There is no particular disturbance other than a lot of anxiety for the problem. Kindly help.

From your description and pictures (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity), I can say that you injured your ligament at the root of your penis, and this is self-limiting. Swelling will reduce gradually, and the vein will be at the place once the swelling is gone. There is no need to worry about it, and it does not require intervention now. It will take time to heal back on its own.

Will this problem cause swelling and hardness in the lower part of the penis, too ( kindly see the image, like a "balloon" effect)? Will it result in some trouble for erection at the top (in full erection, the difference is much more visible)? It is almost like you can see a line in the circumference where the problem persists.

Yes, this can be the reason for swelling in the bottom part of the penis. Swelling will go away on its own.
