What could be causing lip swelling, dryness, redness, and itching?

Hi doctor,

I am-20-years-old. I have been dealing with a problem with my lips for the past one year. If I intake some food or use any cosmetics on my lips, they swells and becomes dry, red, and itchy. I have taken ayurvedic medicines for nearly six months. It is much better now. But recently, my face started getting really dry and itchy if I take outside food or use cosmetics.
