Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I had periods for two days. Can I get pregnant on the 10th day of my period?

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

I understand your concern. Menses can be affected by hormonal imbalance, hormonal or medicine intake, strict dieting or fasting, strenuous exercise, illness, thyroid abnormalities, etc. I suggest you to follow a few things mentioned below.

  1. Have one serum beta hCG (blood pregnancy test) to have a clear status of your pregnancy.
  2. Please send me a complete menstrual report along with a drug history.
  3. Sudden weight gain, irregular scanty periods, and abnormal hair growth are signs of polycystic ovaries.

I hope this has helped you. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
